Refund policy

 

We have a 7 day exchange/return policy.

Exchanges/returns are eligible within 7 days after receiving the package.

Products are eligible for exchange if they are unused, undamaged with all the tags and packaging.
We will not bear the cost of exchanging the product.
If the product you want to exchange is not available, we could return it for store credits which will be valid up-to 6 months.

We do not accept cash refunds. If you are not happy with the product , you could always return it for Store credits provided the return standards and conditions are met.


How to exchange

Contact us through hello@madamforbag.lk or direct message us on instagram with your order receipt and we will guide you further.

Please note that the exchange/return process cost will not be beared by us.



Missing item / Received a damage item

Missing item: We are sorry that your delivery has not gone smoothly. Please contact us through hello@madamforbag.lk along with your order receipt and we will ensure a hassle free process to get your order right.

Damage item: We are sorry that your delivery has not gone smoothly. Please email us at hello@madamforbag.lk
If the product is in stock we will arrange a fresh delivery .
If the product is out of stock you can chose to go for store credits or a refund.
